AT YOUR REQUEST, an Insurance Superbill, a blank Doctor's Prescription for a breastpump, and instructions on insurance filing will be included with your pump purchase. While insurance coverage of breastpumps is not universal, some patients are fortunate to have their insurance companies pick up this cost, especially if the proper paperwork is filed.
Should you need to claim the warranty on your breastpump, Medela is a great company to work with. However, should you experience any problems in getting your needs met with a defective pump, Breastfeeding Essentials will speak to Medela for you.
