| Q: How much is shipping and how long after my order is shipped can I expect to receive it? |
| A:
All orders are shipped US Priority Mail which to most areas is 2-3
business days. This standard shipping is $7.00 for orders under $100.00
and is FREE for orders $100.00 or more. Fedex overnight and Fedex 2-day
shipping are also offered at an additional charge. Fedex Ground is
included with all Medela Pump In Style orders at no additional charge. |

| Q: What is your return policy? |
| A:
Due to the nature of our business - the sell of personal use products
and those products used with infants and young children - it is
necessary to have less lenient return policies on some items.
Breastpumps may only be returned if the inner and outer packaging (box)
is intact. For sales which include a breastpump with free shipping,
your credit card will be credited back the total for the breastpump
LESS the free shipping charges.
Please note the special conditions for returns of nursing bras and the
nursing pillow indicated on the pages where these items are listed on
our site. Items that are sealed in plastic or sealed with tape for
hygienic reasons; for example, milk storage bags, bottle nipples, etc.
should not be returned if they have been opened. Clearance merchandise
is not returnable at all.
Some exceptions may be made, so it is best to contact us should you
need to return or exchange something. Please avoid returning an item
without contacting us first.

| Q: If I need to claim the warranty on a breastpump that I have purchased from you, how do I go about doing this? |
| A:
If you have a problem with your pump, you may want to contact us first
to see if the problem is something simple which can be troubleshooted
through. If it is a true defect, then you will be directed to contact
the manufacturer directly. For this reason, it is best to retain your
proof of purchase for at least the time period of your warranty. |
| |
| Q: Will insurance pay for a breastpump purchase? |
| A:
In most cases, no. Most insurance companies will only cover the
purchase or rental of a breastpump in the case of a sick or premature
baby or a situation where the mother and baby must be physically
separated due to illness. It is always a good idea to file your
breastpump purchase or rental with your insurance company, however,
because you do not risk anything by filing and you gain everything if
the claim is accepted! Anytime you can obtain a physician's
prescription for a breastpump and submit this along with your claim you
have a better chance of receiving coverage. |
| |
| Q: How do I know which breastpump is right for me? |
| A:
There are thorough descriptions under each breastpump describing its
ideal uses. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us via
email or phone. |
| |
| Q: Do you ship internationally? |
| A:
Yes. Please place an order via our secure shopping cart directly from
the site. Once the order is received you will receive an email
detailing shipping charges and estimated delivery time. You will NOT be
charged for the order until we receive your approval of the terms. |
| |
| Q: Do you have a catalog of the items you sell? |
| A:
No, Our "catalog" is our on-line site. Everything that we keep in stock
and offer to our customers is on our website which is updated on a
regular basis. Not having the cost of printing a catalog and mailing it
out allows us to keep costs down. |
| |
| Q: Do I have to pay sales tax? |
| A: No, unless you reside in the state of Virginia. Virginia residents will pay 5% sales tax. |
| |
