Professional Information about Becky:
Becky has been a member of ILCA (International Lactation Consultant Association) since 1994. In 1999 she received certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Prior to changing careers Becky taught English, History, and Government to 7th, 8th, and 12th graders. She maintains a current teaching license. She has previously worked in a local hospital as a lactation assistant and is now in private practice. She owns and operates Breastfeeding Essentials locally in Kingsport, TN. Becky also writes articles for the Christian parenting magazine, "Parentlife","Nursing Family Magazine", and the "Kingsport Times News".
